Sunday Worship

Join us for Sunday worship at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Kankakee. Our service each week encompasses praising God in Music, Readings from the Scripture, Eucharist, and inspiring Sermon.

Sunday Worship:
Spoken Worship (said Mass) at 8:00 a.m. in English with Holy Communion
Bilingual Worship with Music at 10:15 a.m. in English and Spanish with Holy Communion

Youth Christian Education at 10:15 a.m.: Christian Education classes are available every Sunday from mid-September through Trinity Sunday for children ages 4 to 14. All children join the service after the class and receive Holy Communion with their parents. During the summer, from the first Sunday after Trinity Sunday through the first Sunday after Labor Day, there is no Sunday School.

Coffee & Fellowship Hour: Every Sunday after the 10:15 service: We encourage all worshipers–members and guests–to gather together for coffee and fellowship each week after our bilingual worship. It is during this time that we get to know each other better and enjoy light refreshments provided by parishioners who take turns signing up to host these opportunities for fun and fellowship.

Healing Service: Every Wednesday from 4:00-4:30 p.m. with Healing Litany, pre-consecrated Holy Communion, and Unction (anointing by the blessed oil).

Rosary: Every Saturday from 9:00-9:45 a.m. For more information, please contact Harry Shekey.
